There's always been a never ending battle between me and my hair. For the past five years I've been struggling to get my hair to grow past my chest, but that process was a rather painful and horrific experience. Split ends were sprouting all about, tangled messes that had to be constantly brushed, and shedding that could rival any furry animal. All right, maybe I'm exaggerating it, but not by a lot.
Thus, I finally decided to wave the white flag. Good bye old hairdo, hello new-do!
Do you ever get that sigh of relief when you've dropped your purse on your bed after a long day at work? That's how I felt when my locks were cut off. All that burden of a disaster--GONE. I was actually planning to dye my hair darker for the Summer, but the Livingsocial deal that I used only allowed me to touch up my roots. I guess in a way, it's not really a complete change for my look. Regardless I'm glad to say that as much as I miss having long "luscious" hair, this short bob is not too bad on the eyes (well, mine anyways, lol)! :)
